This app used to be amazing, but it no longer functions well. The pick up reminders were the best and most useful part, but they no longer work and after reaching out to support, they haven't offered a fix other than standard troubleshooting. I was told they would reach out when a notification fix was implemented but that was months ago and it's been crickets ever since. It's a shame.

App no longer properly launches. It was otherwise good when it worked. OS: Android 15; Device: Samsung Galaxy S25; Expected: Tapping app icon will start the app and open the main UI, or last viewed UI if already running. Actual: Opening app loads a full screen image of the app icon. No other events after waiting an extended period. Problem persists after uninstall, restart, and reinstall. Problem persists when all apps closed and opening this app fresh.

app no longer opens. Just stays on the blue screen with the cartology logo then freezes so I cant back out of the blue screen. no issues before this last update. now I am unable to get the reminders as well since the app isn't working. uninstall and reinstall and same thing happens.
