I downloaded the app & have not been able to actually get in. I went to the Rockets game last night & had to transfer my tickets to some one else just so I could get it scanned and get in the game. Every time I try to log in, it tells me there was an error but the web version allows me to sign in. These electronic tickets are cool when everything works but when it dies not, the buy is left hold the short end of the stick. Whoomp whoomp...

App wouldn't render properly on my Android Samsung Galaxy. Couldn't log in after putting in name and password, because there was no GO button rendered. The "reset password" button was also truncated. If I hadn't had my wife's Apple I would have been screwed. If you are going to use an app for all ticket sales you damn sure ought to make sure it works on all phones. Too much money at risk.

will not let me proceed unless I enable location tracking all the time. I dont mind allowing it while Im using the app, but I disagree with making me have it on all the time. Also I was forced to get this app in order to receive concert tickets. I'll do as it asks and then delete after my concert.
