I get free access to this app as a bookseller, and for that I'm grateful, but it's not an app I'd pay for. It's very glitchy. I have to bookmark every single time I pause, because it often starts the book from the beginning. I also get signed out mid session. It would also be better if the track slider was reset for each chapter, rather than the entire book- that would make finding your place much much easier.

*edit 6/30/25: this is still a problem, among other issues. I received an email to troubleshoot but was told to update the app and my phone, which I had already done. The concept of the app is wonderful and I am thankful it exists, but the app is quite buggy* If I pause for a bit, or have to close the app, I consistently have to open, close, and reopen the app multiple times in order to get it to start playing again. Most of the time, it then starts playing the audiobook from the beginning.

signing in buffer wheel of doom!! I've been trying to get into the app all day. uninstalled and reinstalled also tried changing the password. i sent an email to troubleshooting. really want to finish my book
