when chatting, text box doesn't move higher so new update covers the keyboard, you can't see what you are typing. search care has wrong specialties for multiple doctors, and when it does have the right speciality listed, the offices and/or location/s are often wrong. member support staff are not trained and have gone from useful to useless. half these app reviews are for the INSURANCE, NOT THE APP. The APP NEEDS FIXING.

My app gets updated & now it tries to open itself two times at the same time, so it errors out. I've uninstalled & reinstalled the app and it's still doing this. So frustrating. I sure as heck don't want to call in for help, because I know that won't go anywhere. The employees are super nice but only as good as your training and that's not saying much. I will most likely be switching insurance companies next year because of this. I have other important info on there I can't obtain. FRUSTRATED

Thanks! The issue with the step synching has been resolved and has been working for well for a few weeks now. Unfortunately, now the app is glitching in a different way. I keep getting a message: "Oops something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes". It is like the app cannot connect to the server(s). I've cleared the cache and uninstalled/reinstalled the app. This doesn't happen when I log in to the hioscar site. Hopefully this will get resolved soon.
