Good luck trying to use the app for chatting. Its buggy, you'll get error messages and wait forever for a so called agent. When you get someone on the other end, the app doesnt notify you and they log you off within 3 minutes if you don't respond. If you stay frosty and get an agent, it turns out they're completely incompetent. What you think is routine transaction, turns out to be a nightmare.

Completely unusable. The getting started flow is broken, you can't select your "Billing State" from the drop down (which is unsorted and has duplicate options) -- clicking an option does nothing. Typing in the search to filter the drop down instantly crashes the app. And you can only do this step after 2 factor auth for both phone and email, and I did the whole process 3 times.

I don't understand why an agent is important if they make mistakes and don't rush to correct them. I noticed an error the agent made on my insurance. I'd been overpaying for several months. I contacted the agency, and they said they'd accepted my claim. Fifteen days later, they said they didn't remember me and accepted my claim again. I called Progressive and Goose Head, and I was frustrated for over a month before I finally got my overpayment refunded. No one apologized.
