It used to be good. Now I can't log on. Have cleared cache, restarted phone, uninstalled and reinstalled. But every time I log on and press continue, the logon info goes blank and I have to fill in the logon data again, press continue, and the login fields go blank. When I go to help in the app and press "what if I cannot log in" nothing happens. I have important things to do snd I can't.

Horrible app. Can't upload photos. I had to do it on desktop which is very time consuming. Incomplete info on what documents to upload that resulted to them keep asking the missing information. When I upload the missing information, they ask again for the same info. The claims took ages even if all the info and documents are complete. Very bad experience this time. It should be negative star not just for the app but also the process to claim. It was easier 2 years ago.

It crashes every time I try to add an invoice. However, the experience on Cigna site is the same. It used to work, but it has been hell for the last year. Takes me at least a thousand times for one invoice. Ridiculous! Right now I do not know how to submit my claim, and there is nobody to contact over there!!!!
