The more I use it, the more this app annoys me. I used to be able to transfer to accounts on which I was not a member. Now I can't do that, nor can I save the account on the website (why give me the button to "save" if I can't actually use it?). Also, while I appreciate the concept behind the tracking of various types of transactions, I can't modify / correct them if they're wrong (like my storage unit being classified as food and dining). Wish I could go back to the previous app.

This app is horrible. It doesn't update my account after purchases nor does it show pending payments that have always come out of my account monthly. I've had the wrong amount shown in my account for days, and this has caused my account to have a negative balance. This happens with every app update. Today, all my transactions showed completed, and the next thing I know, my account is in the negative. Why? This is totally unacceptable!

This isn’t the experience we want you to have. Transactions should be updating in real time. Please make sure you have the most recent version of the app installed. After the latest mobile "downtime" I can no longer login with the mobile app. I get the error "setup incomplete, something went wrong with registration" Tried to remove the device from my profile to see if that would prompt me to setup the device again, and I cannot. No way to reregister the device to my account. Mobile app is completely useless now since I can't login. Horrible design.
