There are some inconsistencies in data display and occasional holes in data sampling. These kind of bugs raise questions about whether there are hidden bugs in data capture. Also, they have an option for turning off 'offers, news and tips', but they still show ads for their products in the app when this is turned off. The app unnecessarily requires Internet access to work, a big problem for me. There is no app option for data download, you must use their website for that.

Hi there, there can be a small delay in the app vs the screen of the device since the data must be sent to the cloud before it is shown on the app. Additionally, we are aware of the occasional data gaps in sampling and are working on a fix for this as we speak. Please reach out to support@airthings.com regarding you getting ads in the app.

The updated app caused me to lose over year's worth of data! now, the app doesn't seem to connect and just tells me that it takes over a month to gather the data and that I need to wait. There is no way to ensure the device is even syncing with the app. Which leaves me wondering about its validity. Time to trash the multiple Airthings devices that I have and move to a better option / product. Stay away from Airthings!

The new app makes it unclear on how to sync the device. they really need a simple button instead of a pull down of the screen which is sometimes faulty on some phones. Additionally, the old app would align the line graphs one above the other so that you could visually correlate humidity and radon levels. that is no longer the case, they are on different screens, I think that was a mistake.
