Great pizza, terrible app UI. You can't order unless you find the location, and location search doesn't work. Zip code search doesn't work. Can't save favorite locations. Grey text on a white background? Great pizza if you go inside. App forgets login credentials. You've lost several sales because we rage quit the app.

Great food! good service, they are very busy, yet very friendly

Love Bellacinos food, but this app is garbage. The location was saying im in virgina and would let me continue my order. Also why in the world would an app not let the user browse the menu freely. It seems as though u can only view the menu when u are in the process of making an order. I couldnt even see the menu cause the app wasnt letting me get past the delivery option. It says the store doesnt deliver to me when i know for a fact they do because they deliver to the hotel I work at daily.
