It's been mostly fine. However I am shocked that in the age of digital inventory, items that are unavailable don't show up as being so until you're almost done checking out, which makes your whole shopping experience an enormous waste of time. You have to start the payment process all the way over, as you cannot delete the unavailable item from the payment screen. If I cannot trust website inventory, how can I shop at all?

Product info and fragrance notes should be front and center. This app is frustrating and definitely needs improvement. Beyond the app itself, the inventory system is a major issue. Once again, I visited the store to buy two specific body sprays that were listed as in stock, unsurprisingly, they weren't there. I tried picking two different ones, also shown as available at this location, and again, none of the items I needed were actually in stock. It's incredibly disappointing and inconvenient.

I truly don't understand how such a big company can go so wrong with their app. Now when I enter my zip code, it's showing me locations an hour away. I just don't understand. Actually, I don't understand why I keep trying... if you wonder why I'm not buying more, that's the biggest reason. I can't find which store near me actually has what I want. The other reason is your super stingy coupon policy. Free shipping is the new black. I'd order more if I got free shipping and I can use a coupon.
