The device is amazing when it works. Unfortunately, that is infrequent at best. No matter what temperature it is set to, after a few hours, the unit will either turn off or reset the temperature to 78°. All sleep programs are disabled, the water level is fine, and wifi is connected. You have to manually reset the temperature to what you want after the unit wakes you by turning off or heating up. It is a great concept with terrible implementation.

The app used to work fine. However, about a week ago, I noticed it hasn't been working correctly. It still shows the correct temp, but it isn't making any of the temp changes I request. It simply stays at the current temp, and I must manually make all adjustments. the app has gotten very unreliable...

Just awful and disappointing. The system keeps disconnecting and that was after it took an hour to get it connected in the first place. Tried to contact support, who you can only email and got a reply back that it will take at least 1 business day or longer due to high ticket volumes. Just save your money and time and look into other cooling pads. At this price point I can't believe they have such a poor app.
