If anything, this version of MyChart has more options than I know how to use, and some, like Medication updates and check-in interviews are sometimes difficult to complete because I take so many meds. Still, it is easy to find the major categories of information about my conditions and meds, and to update information. One gripe is in Messages, where I cannot edit a message that I have already submitted, and I sometimes run out of space well before I notice that I am over the maximum entry limit.

Unnecessary. I dont see the need for the change. The app ran just fine as it was. I was able to get to everything I needed to, find/change/add/delete whatever I needed. Now? good luck with that. things have been added that I have no clue where they came from or how they even got linked with my information. I cant find things I should be able to find to change. the fact that I have to get into a complete different app just to get into the old app?? that seems stupid in so many ways.

MyChart is an ok repository for medical records, but it's not great for setting appointments or for communication with doctors. There are different confusing ways to contact the practice and half the time they don't seem to get my messages. For appointments I've found in most cases it's a lot easier to just call by phone. There is a lot of functionality here, but in terms of usability, the site and the app are not intuitive. They need to hire some better user experience design professionals.
