awful. Tried it many times never work. I wish I can give it -100. Those who did the application are worthless. updates: I've been trying to use this app for over a year and still can't believe what app developer thinks. it is worst than before even after updating. why don't they use someone professional to correct this app i guess you should fire your IT team, for providing the worst service

Bad experience. placed order for coupon. that was delivered but water was not delivered on time. Despite calling driver and customer care did not get any response. Better look for another water company. this app is also very bad.

Subscribed for a weekly Service, been three weeks of not knowing if there will be delivery even after chasing the customer service, the driver every day. Pathetic service I receive messages of me Decline water while on the call with cust service seeking water delivery.Did not expect this from Nestle. Trying to reach their supervisor to cancel the subscription who never calls back.
