App has been in a crashing loop for 2 days as I tried to be proactive and move my game day tickets to my wallet. No game day is here, still no tickets and still crashing. And my only recourse is to go to the ticket booth for customer service.

Awesome app, everything works well and keeps you up to date with the newest hornets news and events. The Buzz City Rewards program is probably the best part of the app. It has very engaging trivia and activities that happen in real time as the game is going on. You earn points and can get a lot of free items, including tickets!

I don't like that they got rid of the ticket Cards. Now you must have the app or print your ticket prior to the game. What about dead batteries, dropped (broken) phones , issues with the app, etc. I know it's a little late to start complaining about this. But, a lot has happened to me the past few of years & it's had me pretty busy.
