There's virtually no difference in functionality but logging in manually is a pain. The shopping interface is terrible! You can fit about four capsule types on screen at a time and have to keep scrolling and scrolling past the ridiculous flavoured coffees to reach the actual coffee. No filters, no favourites. A worse experience than the previous app which had just got to a stable usable condition where it wasn't terrible!

The ability to order coffees directly from the dashboard should be restored in the new App. Have always had minimal difficulty finding coffees to order. Now, the coffee range is nested below a huge list of accessories. The whole point of available coffee is to be able to order it easily, not to have to search for it amongst offers and accessories. A quite frustrating new experience for an Ambassador with 20+ years of membership.

Nespresso is the best coffee and espresso I have ever had! I won't drink anything else because nothing comes close to how good it is! I love all the different varieties but, sadly they stopped making my very favorites! I hope some day they have them again! The bad thing is shipping! They half the time lose my package and it takes so long to get delivered and thats thanks to the USPS! They are the WORST! Nespresso needs to drop them and get a different shipper! Best coffee though!
